Our Conflict Management program is an intervention program for students that are having trouble getting along. Students that are experiencing conflict are encouraged to seek help through the Conflict Management program to resolve issues that arise before they lead to bigger problems that administration will need to intervene. Conflict managers are peers that have been trained in listening skills and in rephrasing student concerns. Once students with conflict have participated in the sessions, they usually agree to disagree and move on without resorting to poor decision making.
